Dr K Kanmani did her MBBS from the prestigious Stanley Medical College, completed her DGO and MD Obstetrics and gynecologist from the premier institute- Institute of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Chennai (IOG). She has been practicing since 1991 in Triplicane. She is a examiner for both undergraduate and postgraduate students throughout Tamil Nadu. She has been a member of inspecting team for setting up infertility centres in various hospitals like Appollo hospitals,  Christian Medical College, etc.,.Kind, compassionate and skilled doctor who has handled many complicated Obstetric emergencies through her career.
